CPM Omnimedia produces media platforms that elevate the voices of women. To achieve understanding, community, equality, and justice for women, we must continue to share stories and have conversations about the issues and topics that matter most to women from all backgrounds.
This is what we do.
Caroline Elliott (she/her) began creating media programs on hit TV shows like Pop-Up Video, Storytellers, The RuPaul Show, and VH1 Fashion Awards and curated public programs and film programming for the Smithsonian, Museum of Contemporary Art (, Institute of Contemporary Art, and the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

Are you interested in applying what you're learning in the classroom to the real-world advancement of women? We are excited to teach and work with students who want to help us on our mission through various types of positions.
Our internship program offers unpaid opportunities in media and event production, journalism, research, business development, marketing, publicity, human resources, and administration. Internships offer educational work experiences combined with personal attention to each intern's career goals.
Interns must be at least 18 years of age and enrolled in an accredited school, college, or university where internship credit may be applied.

Do you want to gain real-world, resume-building experience but don't have time for a college-credit internship?
Our micro-internships are highly-focused opportunities to learn and facilitate our mission with tasks in one specialized area. Hours can be flexible and work often can be remote, but goals and deadlines are still expected to be met. Opportunities exist within areas of podcasts, television, social media, film studies, books, marketing, and more. Do you have a skill or talent you'd like to apply to our business but don't see it listed here? Let us know!
Interns must be at least 17 years of age and enrolled in an accredited school, college, or university. In some cases, highly motivated high school seniors and juniors may be considered.

Volunteers work in all areas of our media and event production, and also help behind the scenes.
Volunteer opportunities include media and event production, journalism, research, business development, marketing, publicity, human resources, and administration. All levels of experience and backgrounds are welcome.
